Our story

The D-Day Wings Museum is a historic aviation hangar. In Carpiquet from June 1940 to 1941, the Luftwaffe gathered its Stukas bombers for the Battle of Britain. D-Day Goal! Our hangar will be liberated on 9th July 1944 by the Canadians during Operation Windsor at the cost of hundreds of victims.
